• The SP functions as a seam welder or seam taper

• Digital control of all machine parameters (not just temperature) except air flow.

• Every machine supports seam widths from ¼” to 2 ½”. Wheels and nozzles are quick change.

• Wheel types are stainless steel and silicone covered. Silicone wheels come in 3 levels of durometer (hardness) soft, medium, hard

• Quick change lower wheel modules Pedestal, Side Arm, Quick Arm all have their own independently digital controlled high torque motor.

• Choice of 1-3 Lower wheel modules upon purchase. Other LWM’s can be added later.  **not available on SP Pullers

• Touch screen control for ease of operator interface and multi language script.

• Machine increments can be English or metric or both

• On board air pump replaces large in house air compressor and provides clean dry air to nozzle.

• The onboard SmartSeal™ computer can be used to communicate or control peripheral systems.
